Welcome to Wota WiFi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wota WiFi website, software, supported router features, rewards features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Immutifi,Inc (“Wota WiFi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. What Wota WiFi Does

Wota WiFi provides tools and services designed to help users set up and manage supported connectivity devices, including supported routers and related software, and may offer rewards or incentives tied to eligible network participation.

Wota WiFi is intended to simplify setup and participation. However, your results may vary depending on your location, internet provider, device configuration, uptime, local laws, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information,
  • keeping your login credentials secure, and
  • all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly at [support email] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Supported Devices and Router Use

Some Services require compatible hardware, firmware, internet access, or third-party services. You are responsible for:

  • your router, modem, internet service, electricity usage, and local network setup,
  • following any setup instructions we provide,
  • confirming that use of the Services does not violate your ISP agreement, property rules, local regulations, or other obligations.

You are solely responsible for the security of your home or business network and any devices connected to it.

5. Rewards and Incentives

Wota WiFi may offer rewards, credits, points, tokens, or other incentives for eligible participation (“Rewards”). Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Rewards are not guaranteed.
  • Reward rates, eligibility rules, and availability may change at any time.
  • Rewards may depend on router uptime, connection quality, participation type, geographic availability, fraud checks, and other criteria.
  • We may delay, adjust, deny, or revoke Rewards where we reasonably suspect abuse, manipulation, ineligible activity, duplicate accounts, false data, or violation of these Terms.
  • Rewards are promotional or utility-based in nature unless expressly stated otherwise by us in writing.

Participation does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, or investment relationship with Wota WiFi.

6. No Guaranteed Earnings

Any examples, estimates, illustrations, or discussions of potential rewards are for informational purposes only. They are not promises or guarantees of earnings, value, or future performance.

7. Payments and Billing

If you purchase hardware, subscriptions, premium features, or other paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, taxes, and recurring amounts disclosed at checkout or in your account.

Additional billing terms may apply and are incorporated by reference into these Terms through our Billing Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes,
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services,
  • attempt to bypass security, eligibility, or rewards controls,
  • reverse engineer or tamper with software except where prohibited by law,
  • use bots, scripts, spoofing, false traffic, or fake network activity,
  • impersonate another person or entity,
  • upload malware or harmful code,
  • use the Services in a way that could damage our systems, other users, or third parties.

9. Software and Updates

We may provide firmware, software, dashboards, or updates for supported devices. You agree that we may deploy fixes, patches, and updates to maintain security, performance, and compatibility.

Some updates may change how features work. We are not responsible for issues caused by unsupported modifications, third-party firmware, or incompatible devices.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party hardware makers, hosting providers, internet providers, payment processors, analytics tools, wallet providers, or other partners. We are not responsible for third-party services, products, or websites.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, or limit access to features or Rewards, if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, security issues, or unlawful activity,
  • we are required to do so by law,
  • we discontinue part or all of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our software, branding, design, text, graphics, and content, are owned by Wota WiFi or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted by us.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOTA WIFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ACCURACY.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific network performance, router compatibility in every environment, or any minimum reward outcome.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOTA WIFI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, INTERNET ACCESS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wota WiFi and its affiliates from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms on our website and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
