This Billing Policy explains how charges, subscriptions, refunds, and payment processing work for Wota WiFi.

1. Paid Products and Services

Wota WiFi may offer:

  • hardware devices,
  • router setup kits,
  • premium software features,
  • optional service plans,
  • subscriptions,
  • add-ons, or
  • other paid offerings.

Prices will be shown at checkout or inside your account before you are charged.

2. Payment Methods

We may accept credit cards, debit cards, digital asset payments, or other payment methods made available at checkout through our payment processors.

By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the full amount due, including any applicable taxes or fees.

3. Recurring Billing

If you sign up for a subscription or recurring plan:

  • you authorize recurring charges at the interval disclosed during signup,
  • your subscription will continue until canceled,
  • charges may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

4. Price Changes

We may update pricing for subscriptions or Services from time to time. If a recurring price changes, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice before the new price takes effect.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may:

  • retry the charge,
  • suspend access to paid features,
  • downgrade your plan,
  • cancel the related service after repeated failed attempts.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Hardware Orders

If Wota WiFi sells hardware:

  • pricing and availability may change,
  • shipping times are estimates only,
  • risk of loss and title transfer may pass as allowed by applicable law and disclosed at checkout,
  • you are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

8. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout:

  • Subscriptions: fees are generally non-refundable once billed.
  • Hardware: unopened or unused hardware may be eligible for return within [14/30] days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return instructions.
  • Digital products or setup services: generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact [billing email] within [14] days of the charge.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but does not usually entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the matter is reviewed.

11. Promotional Offers

Credits, discounts, referral rewards, and promotional pricing:

  • may be limited in time,
  • may be revoked if used improperly,
  • may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.
